Solgan, Walter A., 84, of Johnstown, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2023. Born July 26, 1939, son of the late Louis and Catherine (Kravetz) Solgan. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Robert L. Solgan; and sister, Mildred A. Battiste (John). Survived by the love of his life for over 25 years, Joan Parks; sister-in-law, Patricia Solgan; many nieces; and great nieces and nephews. Walter graduated from Johnstown High School in 1957 and served in the US Army. In 2000, he retired from Brockway Glass after being employed in IT there for many years.
