Stephens, Tracy B., 63, Johnstown, passed away August 20, 2023, at home surrounded by her family. Born August 9, 1960, in Toledo, OH. Preceded in death by father, Kenneth Wilson. Survived by husband, David Stephens; mother and step-father, Helen Westrick and Edgar; children, Terri Springer (Sonny); Joseph J. Crum (Stephanie); step-daughter, Vanessa Stephens; grandchildren, Kiley, Addison, Jayden, Joseph Jr., Jaxson, Scarlett, Anisha, Ameer, Avion, Angel, Angelo, and Alyssa; siblings, Viola Sand; Kim Kmett; Kenny Wilson; Wade Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Bernie. Tracy was a long-time lab technician for the Red Cross. She was an animal lover and enjoyed camping and going to casinos. Her greatest joy came from spending time with family. Family would like to thank Conemaugh Regional Hospice for the compassionate care they provided to Tracy. Friends will be received Friday August 25^th from 1 p.m. until time of memorial service at 2:30 p.m. at Simple Alternatives, Inc., 717 Main St., Windber.
