Blackledge, Tina, 50, of Windber passed away November 29, 2020 at her home. Tina was born October 31, 1970 to the late James and Judith (Fehir) Blackledge. She is survived by her sisters Nancy Honse, of Beaver Falls; and Amy Haffly, of Butler; and her dogs who she loved. Tina worked as a counselor and was an advocate for abused children.
