Stull, Mildred “Joanne”, 77, of Windber, passed away December 15, 2020 at her home. Born September 3, 1943 to the late Raymond and Audrey (Moore) Spangler. She is preceded in death by parents; sister, June Hinson; daughter, Pamela Richards; and infant grandchildren, Laura Horner; and David J. Richards. Joanne is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Harold W. Stull; daughter, Brenda E. Gindlesperger and husband Randy, Windber; son-in-law David Richards, Windber; sisters Jean Ashbrook, Windber; and Janet Allison, Windber; grandchildren, Matthew Horner (Ashley), Johnstown; David Richards (Amanda), Windber; and Becky Richards (Scott), Windber; and great grandchildren, Landon Richards, and Carson Richards. Joanne was a member of the Rummel Church of the Brethren, the Windber Lions Club, and the Windber Moose.
