Mildred Jannet Weisbeski

June 23, 1932 - November 5, 2022

Mildred Jannet (Targosky)Weisbeski was born on June 23, 1932, in Cleveland Ohio, & passed away peacefully in her sleep November 5, 2022. She was a resident of Richland Woods Assisted Living, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, at that time.

Known to her friends as Millie, she was the eldest of three children.  Born and raised in Cleveland, she began working at a young age. She would meet her husband Francis (a.k.a. Frank) Weisbeski, of 63 years, there and together raised three children.  She and husband Frank called Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Florida home during their many years together.

In addition to being a mother of three, she worked full-time as a CFO/Controller for Pontiac Plastics Products, in Washington, Michigan, before retiring after around 30 years. She went on to help her daughter Dr. Deborah Sims in her medical office and spent years with the apple of her eye, her only grandson Benjamin Sims, in Franklin, Michigan. Ultimately Millie and her husband Frank would locate at Heritage Palms, in Fort Myers, Florida.  They spent many happy years together playing golf, bridge, Mahjong, swimming, and especially treasured time with family.

Millie was predeceased by her father Peter Targosky, mother Sophie Targosky,her sister Felicia Sharpe and husband Jerry Sharpe, brother Richard Targosky and wife Geraldine Targosky.  She is survived by her son James Weisbeski and wife April, her daughter Dr. Deborah Sims, her daughter Charmaine Ruddock, and grandson Benjamin Sims.

Friends will be received to visit with the family at the Simple Alternatives Funeral Home Inc., 717 Main Street Windber Pennsylvania 15963, November 20, 2022, between the hours of 2 and 6 pm.  A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m., Monday November 21st. at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Windber, Pennsylvania, November 21, 2022.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Windber Hospice can be made in honor of Millie, at 600 Somerset Avenue Windber, PA 15963 website@windbercare.org Arrangements in care of Simple Alternatives, Inc.
