Moore, Mark Allen, 62, Windber, died July 23, 2018 at his home. Born November 2, 1955 to Roy and Janet (Weaver) Moore. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother; daughters, Cara Ford; Alicia Fisher and their families; and siblings. At the family’s request, there will be no services.
