Piper, Larry B. 76, Johnstown, passed away March 1, 2024. Born July 25, 1947, to the late Benson and LaRue (Rudolph) Piper. He also was preceded in death by stepfather, William Thompson Sr.; brother, Leslie Piper; stepbrothers, William Thompson Jr. and Samuel Thompson. Larry was survived by stepsisters, Linda Schmuck and Kimberly (Keith Kern) Thompson. Plus, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Larry loved to sing at weddings and church events. He enjoyed singing Christian music and going to church. He was a graduate of Richland High School. At Larry’s request there will be no viewing, however a memorial service will be held at a later time.
