Dabbs, Jay Ernest, 64, Windber, passed away October 1, 2022. Born March 10, 1958, to the late Merle W. and Lois (Stormer) Dabbs. He is preceded in death by his wife of 41 years Maureen (Marsh) Dabbs; brothers, Merle, Charles, Lester and William. He was survived by children, Merle and Donna (Richard) Johnson; brothers, Gary (Joy), Robert (Debbie), Donald (Laura); sister in-law, Janet, and numerous nieces and nephews. Jay worked maintenance at St. John’s and Mock’s Green House. He is going to be sadly missed by his family and friends. At Jay’s request there will be no viewing and a private service at a later date.
