McHugh, James Joseph, 53, Twin Rocks, passed away, November 28, 2023. Born January 3, 1970, in Johnstown. He is the son of Theresa (Sekerak) McHugh and the late John A. McHugh. Survived by mother; siblings, Dennis McHugh (Bonnie), Michael McHugh (Mickey), Robert McHugh (Roxanne), Mary Kay Blickenderfer (Jack), Luke McHugh (Nikki), and Patrick McHugh (Sandy); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. James enjoyed watching the Pirates, Green Bay Packers, and Penguins games. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. A private service will be held at a later date.
