Bruening, Donna Ann, 77, Stoystown, went to be with the Lord November 12, 2018 after an extended illness and under the loving and excellent care of the angels at Somerset In Touch Hospice. Preceded in death by parents, James and Stella (Hoover) Betz; first husband, Joseph Golembeski; second husband, William Bruening Sr.; brother, Tom Betz; and sister, Elizabeth Piper. Survived by daughters, Mary Jo McClucas (Steve); Tena Damico (Mark); Elizabeth Mostoller; sister, Mary Jane Gross (Willie); brother, Marty Betz; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and beloved canine, Molly. Donna was a retired respiratory therapist and worked many years at Lee Hospital. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, was an avid reader, and loved to do Sudoku puzzles. A memorial mass will be held 10 a.m. Thursday November 15 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Hooversville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Somerset In Touch Hospice.
