Brant, Donald E., 63, Central City, passed away January 21, 2022 at UPMC Somerset. Born February 23, 1958 in Niagara Falls, NY. Son of the late Gene and Barbara (Boretos) Brant. Survived by loving wife, Donna (Turner) Brant; sons, Shaun Askey of Central City and Derek Brant of NJ; daughters, Heather Askey of Pittsburgh, Erica Brant of Somerset, Gina Brant of Central City, Catina Brant of Clearfield, and Nikki Brant of Clearfield; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Sue Hubler, Irene Brant, and Robin Roberts, all of Johnstown; and brothers, William Brant of Central City and Thomas Boretos of Windber. Donald proudly served our country in the U.S. Army and worked as a truck driver. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt. He was a life member of the North American Hunting & Fishing Club.
