Born January 10, 1967, to the late Clifford and Shirley (Himes) Shaffer Sr. Survived by his sons, Robert Shaffer, Windber and Ryan Shaffer, North Carolina; siblings, Veronica Lee of Florida, and James Shaffer of Florida also his very special friend Lynda Hammond.
