Obituary

Stopko, Walter Jr. “Mouse”, passed away June 2, 2022. Born June 20, 1935, to the late Walter and Stella (Wozniak) Stopko; also preceded in death by nephew Jason Meyers; great nephew Devin Rodgers. He is survived by sisters, Mary Ann (Louis) Paulovich and Pat (Bob) Meyers; nieces, Pat Rodgers, Karen Gonzalez, and Susan (Doug) Keaton; nephews, Louis Paulovich, Chris (Mandy) Meyers, and Seth (Julie) Meyers; also survived by Jason’s wife, Jessica Meyers; five great nieces; and seven great nephews. Walter was a member of the Windber Sportsman’s Club. He also loved to hunt and fish. Walter will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Burial will be private. Family, friends, and neighbors will be received on June 11, 2022, at his late residence from 4pm to 7pm. Arrangements in care of Simple Alternatives, Inc.
