Sandra Lee Chizmar, 72, Hooversville, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025. Born on March 24, 1953, to the late John and Helen (Maydak) Chizmar. Survived by sister, Deborah Chizmar-Miller (Victor); 3 nieces; 1 nephew; and 2 grandnieces. Sandra was a member of the Flood City Church. She loved her family, and she will be deeply missed by them. Memorial donations may be made in Sandra’s honor to the Flood City Church, 1723 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15904. There will be no services at this time.
