Ramos, Kathleen A., 74, passed away November 2, 2017 at home. Born January 23, 1943 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Harry and Hilda (Strohmeyer) McClelland. Preceded in death by parents; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters. Survived by daughters, Catherine Bowser (William), Eileen Ramos, and Barbara Livingston (Mark); son, James Ramos (John Hancock); 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Kathleen was a member of the Windber Moose. A memorial service will be held at noon on Tuesday, November 7th, at Simple Alternatives, Inc., 717 Main St., Windber, PA 15963, Betsy Statler officiating.
