Barrett, James Allen “Carrot”, 59, Richland Township, passed away unexpectedly September 22, 2021. Born March 8, 1962, to Charles and Betty (Marks) Barrett. Preceded in death by mother. Survived by father; children, Jessica Barrett-Mayo (Sheldon); Drew Barrett; seven, grandchildren; ex-wife, Sharon Barrett; many brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
