Obituary

Blough, Daniel Charles, 82, Hollsopple, passed away July 24, 2025, at Maple Heights Health and Rehab Center. Born April 30, 1943, to the late Charles and Mary (Nicodemus) Blough. Preceded in death by wife, Trena (Wahl) Blough, and two infant sons. Survived by children, Charles Blough; Donald Blough and wife Colleen; Patricia Nancarvis and husband Ron; Daniel Blough and wife Jennifer; Molly Dunn and husband Daniel; honorary daughter, Cristal Nichols; sister, Dixie Semasko and husband Stanley; 27 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Daniel was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Shanksville Assembly of God. He was a jack of all trades and spent countless hours working on his 1951 Chevy. Family would like to thank the staff of Maple Heights Memory Care Unit, for all of their compassionate care. Friends will be received Tuesday July 29^th from 6-8 p.m. at Simple Alternatives, Inc., 717 Main St., Windber, where a service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m.  Rev.
