Obituary

Maffeo, Cynthia Lee, 60, Windber, passed away November 22, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. Born April 17, 1965, to John Kirby and Veronica (Congleton) Kirby. Preceded in death by father; mother and father-in-law, Jane and Frank Maffeo; daughter, Jonaee Maffeo; son, Quamere Kirby; and brother, Keith Kirby. Survived by loving  wife of 29 years, Bobbi Maffeo; mother; step-father, Rodger Michael; son, Vinnie Maffeo; brother, Kevin Kirby; half siblings, Denise Kirby; John Kirby Jr.; sister-in-law, Holly Maffeo; brother-in-law, Greg Maffeo and wife Susan; nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Christopher, and Trevor Kirby; Kira Billow and husband Drew; Brianna Strawn and husband Ian; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Cindy was an animal lover and enjoyed cooking and going camping. She thoroughly enjoyed driving school bus for the former Miller Motor company. Cindy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends Tuesday December 2^nd from 3 p.m. until time of memorial service at 6:30 p.m. at Simple Alternatives, 717 Main St., Windber, PA 15963. Pastor Doug Black, officiating.
