Custer, Brandy L., 36, Windber, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2017 at Winder Hospice. Born March 14, 1981 in Phoenix, AZ. Daughter of Ronald L. and Nancy L. (Strang) Custer. Survived by parents; loving husband, Matthew J. Washko, Windber; step-daughter, Lydia Washko, Windber; step-daughter, Cana Baum, Cross Roads, TX; sister, Alexis Cicala married to Preston, Phoenix, AZ; brother, Justin Custer, Crossville, TN; sister, Chantel Pearson, Crossville, TN; sister, Amber Dellisanti, Crossville, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Brandy was a loving and devoted mother to her step-daughters. She was a very talented painter and loved dancing, music, poetry, and reading books.
