Seger, Alfred C., 83, Windber, passed away August 11, 2021, at Shadyside Hospital. Born August 25, 1937, to the late Clarence and Ida (Houge) Seger. Survived by wife, Kathleen M. (Heidorn) Seger; children, William E. Seger (Barbara); Laurie Stanton (Donald); Susan Bistransky (Vince); Michael Seger (Wendy); grandchildren, Zachary, Autumn, Arianna, and Tristan; great granddaughter, Saige; and sister, Elizabeth Karalfa.
