Christner, Kathleen S. “Susie”, 81, Windber, passed away August 29, 2026, at St. Jude’s Haven. Born February 9, 1945, to the late Joseph and Sue (Borish) Matta. Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Christner; sisters, Joanne Pytel, Rosemarie Smolko, and Martha Matta; and beloved dog, Jinx. Survived by children, Christine Schreyer; Marsha McIntosh and husband Douglas; James Christner; Robert Christner; grandchildren, Brooke Davis and husband Matthew; Casey Schreyer and fiancé Ryan Fisher; Evan Schreyer; great grandchildren, Charlotte and Theo Davis; brothers, Joseph Matta and wife Linda; David Matta; John Matta; and numerous nieces and nephews. Susie enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and gardening. She also loved to play bingo and read.
