Obituary

Wanda Ann Bennett, 67, passed away May 9th, 2026.  Born on June 3rd, 1958, to the late Russell C. and Pauline M. (Miller) Bennett of Johnstown, PA.
Wanda was a 1976 graduate of Greater Johnstown High School.  She shared her love of cooking and baking with all she came in contact with.  Loved all her family and got great joy out of planning family functions!
She was employed by Glosser Brothers Credit for 5 years.  She was also employed by The Salvation Army of Johnstown for 35 years as administrative assistant, until the time of her death.
Surviving siblings: Mary E. Miller of Greencastle, Russell C. Jr and wife Amy (Bee) of Chambersburg, Nadine L. and husband Andrew Porter of Johnstown, Paula J. and husband Gary E. Bowers Sr of Johnstown, Barbara E.  and husband Daniel E. Kukola of Chambersburg and Timothy J. and wife Robin L. (Habel) Bennett.
Also, the loving Aunt/ Great Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held 11:00am, Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at The Salvation Army, 576 Vine St. Johnstown Pa. Officiating retired Pastor Major Robert Carney.
Guests will be received beginning at 10:30am.   In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Wanda to the American Liver Foundation. org.
