Patricia Ann Russell, 79, Windber, passed on December 29, 2025. Born on June 20, 1946, to Florence Racine. Survived by partner, Lewis A. Spisock; children, Nathan Spiscok and Sarah Sabo, and husband, Robert. Patricia loved to cook and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
