Noon, Michelle “Mickie”,51, Windber, passed away January 9, 2023. Born February 12,1971 in Windber Pa daughter of the late Ronald Hrbal and Andrea (Arkwright) Hrbal of Windber Wife of Tim Noon for over 25 years of daughter Cassidy wife of Jesse Gibbons. Her pets Brutus, Willow and Oliver Micki was an advocate for animals, she was an active member of several lost and found pet rescue groups. She would search for lost pets in Windber any time of day or night. In Windber alone she had reunited over 15 pets with their families. She was quick witted and loved to make others laugh with her comical antics.“So When tomorrow starts without me, Don’t think were far apart, for every time you think of me, know I’m right here in your heart. ”Michelle requested no viewing. A memorial bench is being purchased at Windber Recreational Park in Micki’s memory.
