Waters, Linda Lee (Boyer), 70, passed away at home on February 1, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Telford and Betty (Hoggard) Boyer; and husband of 48 years, Gary Waters. Linda is survived by her only daughter, Tracey married to Terry Summers, Westmont, PA; and her three grandchildren, Savannah, Wyatt, and Brookelyn. Linda will be greatly missed by her family in Arizona; sister, Pamela Colvin and husband Dan; nephews, Chris Kissel; Eric Kissel and wife Sharla and family; many family members from her husband Gary’s side of the family; and best friends, Sue and Ralph Glessner. Linda enjoyed attending church at Emmanuel Baptist, spending time with her grandchildren and family, talking on the phone to loved ones, and could make a stranger her friend in five minutes. She was the warmest, friendliest person who enjoyed making people laugh and everyone loved her dearly. Per Linda’s wishes, there will be no viewing.
